ICT related services include IT Process Management, Architecture and Technology, Business Intelligence, Training and Support, Quality Assurance and Knowledge Transfer and Empowerment. This service focus area assesses improvements within the organization by performing gap analysis and appraisals, as well as systemic model based improvements. Strategic Enterprise ICT focuses on assisting clients in formulating their ICT strategy to deliver a roadmap for how to achieve the business vision.
